Time flies- 2 years today, Robbo debuted for Liverpool FC (August 19, 2017)

On this day in 2017, Andy Robertson made his debut for #LiverpoolFC . What an extraordinary player he’s become! In his honor, I’m wearing my #robbo shirt to celebrate the best left back in the #PremierLeague!

I think back to March of 2018 when Robbo sent a young fan named Alfie Radford a match worn shirt of Roberto Firmino became he was touched by his gesture of offering his pocket money to the foodbank. The Scottish Captain wrote:

“I’ve got one of Roberto Firmino’s match shirts from this season and asked him to sign it for you, by way of a thank you for what you did for the foodbanks.”

“Let’s be honest Alfie, no one wants the left back’s shirt – which is why I got you Bobby’s instead. Hope that’s okay.”

Bless him! I hope he knows now that loads of people want a #26 Robertson shirt!!
